Hallo mitenand!

About

I'm a PhD candidate in the Biostatistics and Epidemiology program at the Life Science Graduate School Zürich, co-organized by UZH and ETH Zürich. I work within the Center of Experimental Rheumatology at the University Hospital of Zürich, supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Christof Seiler.

Before my PhD, I completed an MSc in Statistics at ETH Zürich (grade 5.47/6), with a thesis on linear regression with known error distribution supervised by Prof. Dr. Fadoua Balabdaoui. I also hold a BSc in Applied Mathematics (with Honors) from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a BA in Social Sciences (Cum Laude, double major in Sociology and Economics) from Sciences Po Paris.

Research areas

Conformal prediction Statistical analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing Clinical Biostatistics

Currently

In the second year of my PhD, I am working on conformal inference for gene-specific cell subsets in single-cell differential expression.

Still need to look for interesting and fancy hobbies to publish here.
Harder than it seems. Is cleaning my room considered as a hobby?
